As part of the creation of this position, I joined the Steering Committee and support management in improving operational and financial performance.

1) Global and core financial management

As guarantor of reliable accounts, I manage the following tasks:

• Management of monthly accounting closings with our accounting firm

• Securing revenue based on progress.

• Auditing accounts with statutory auditors.

• Preparation and presentation of the budget and forecasts to the Executive Committee.

• Treasury management and optimization.

• Debt collection and supplier payments.

2) Operational performance optimization

• Management of monthly closings via our ERP.

• Creation and monitoring of management tools with KPIs (Revenue, margin, daily rate, work in progress, FTE, staffing rate).

• Support for BU managers in KPI analysis and action deployment.

• Implementation of Qlik Sense (BI tool) to strengthen a data-driven culture.

• Improvement of quality processes (cost estimation, deliverables, project management).

3) Management, training, and technical support

• Direct management of two employees.

• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (CEO, management and operational teams, support functions) and external ones (accounting firm, Group's finance department).

• Training of teams on Excel and time management.

• Raising awareness among project managers about finance and economic performance

Position with high responsibilities, closely linked to all firm functions, especially the following: General Management, Operations, IT, Accounting.

- Monthly analysis and measurement of company performance by studying deviations from results, objectives, and budgets

- Regular operational management control and preparation of quarterly review meetings with operational staff

- Control of actuals versus budget and remaining to commit

- Analysis of budget/revenue/margin variances between 2 periods

- Monitoring and analysis of real estate, commercial, financial activities, and operating costs of entities

- Control of data reliability reported by agencies

- Alerting the Administrative and Financial Manager and central entities in case of anomalies
