Talent Development:

Design of a new development program for young Hermès talents: identification of employee needs through interviews, external benchmarking of similar programs, design of several options for the execution of the new "skill booster" program, proposal of training content, presentation of an innovative program model to the Talent team.

Participation in the management of talent development programs

Management of the V.I.E program: monitoring job postings on the Business France website, contact with candidates and V.I.E participants to prepare their departure and follow their progress.

Conducting a study on internal mobility: with a view to improving communication and fluidity around internal mobility, interviewing several employees, identifying obstacles to internal mobility, proposing an action plan to the Careers Committee bringing together Hermès HR Directors.

Internal Communication:

Promotion of the V.I.E program: creation of 3 internal guides (target audiences: HR, managers, candidates), development of a communication plan, writing an article on V.I.E published on the intranet, interaction with various subsidiary directors to promote the program and answer any questions.

Participation in the redesign of the website for the international HR community at Hermès.

Event and Logistics Organization:

Management and participation in the logistical organization of several events (retail director seminars, development program events, DuoDays, internal mobility events)

Facilitation of team-building days

Writing informative and analytical articles on economic and social situations for a newspaper focused on economics.

The association "Sciences Portraits" highlights Sciences Po students and their diverse stories, dedicating articles in which the association's writers portray their narratives.
