Cet acteur bancaire a une ambition forte afin d'améliorer l'expérience salariée : mettre à disposition une marketplace interne** qui, au sein d'un seul et même endroit, rassemble tous les produits & services dont peuvent avoir besoin ses collaborateurs dans leur travail.

Initialement, cette marketplace proposait uniquement des produits destinés à une population IT. En 2023, elle a proposé tous les produits & services internes, ainsi elle a multiplié par 25 son nombre d'utilisateurs.

Ses enjeux sont :

✦ Devenir la plateforme de consommation la plus utilisée en interne

✦ Accueillir de nouveaux utilisateurs en faisant cohabiter des produits & services IT et non IT
