Mathilde Russo

After studies focused on multimedia (I notably attended Gobelins school) and oriented towards professionalization (apprenticeship), I began my career at BETC EuroRSCG (Havas group). I was a project manager, particularly for the Danone CRM program. I also worked on brands like Disney, SFR, and Louis Vuitton.

After 5 fruitful years, I found my place at Marcel (Publicis) where I started as a group leader. I managed a team of 4 people to deploy Garnier's websites internationally for L'Oréal. So much travel around the world at that time! I evolved to the position of project director where I improved my management skills with a larger team.

5 years later again, I decided to turn my career towards a smaller agency named ESV Digital where I directed the web studio for 3 years.

Finally, with a solid experience of over 18 years in digital agencies and 13 years in management, I founded my own web agency named Caravansérail in January 2016. What do we do? All digital consulting services, strategy, website creation, development, AMOA, digital marketing, SEO, social networks, e-commerce, motion design, video, mobile… The agency is now 10 years old and we are about thirty employees.

6 years ago, I also chose to learn a second profession: that of training in ludopedagogy: facilitation & coaching with agile games, serious games, innovation games: I transmit learning through play! My specialties: management, project management, team building, team cohesion, agile methods, soft skills, self-confidence, public speaking. In companies or higher education.
