First experimentation of the format, including two territories without prior establishment.Intervention:Operational model, co-construction of the pedagogical architecture, sourcing strategy, recruitment and training of the team, coordination of employment partners and network employers, administrative processes, steering and impact measurement up to handover.Results:200 beneficiaries in 8 months, 40 trainers recruited and trained, program sustained in 2 territories and adapted for a justice-involved population, funded by the ESF+.
