    Social enterprise federating a national network of associative bars. Winner of France Travail funding to launch a re-engagement program for the restaurant industry, deployed across 4 territories.

    Scope:Design and deploy the program in 3 months, from operational model to steering, balancing quality of support with the constraints of POEI / AFEST funding. First experimentation of the format, including two territories without prior establishment.

    Intervention:Operational model, co-construction of the pedagogical architecture, sourcing strategy, recruitment and training of the team, coordination of employment partners and network employers, administrative processes, steering and impact measurement up to handover.

    Results:200 beneficiaries in 8 months, 40 trainers recruited and trained, program sustained in 2 territories and adapted for a justice-involved population, funded by the ESF+.

    Social startup for the professional integration of refugees and new arrivals,deploying programs throughout France (POEI/POEC).

    Scope:Secure cohort filling and shift recruitment from an "on-demand" logic to continuous acquisition, preparing for scaling.

    Intervention:National sourcing model, multi-channel acquisition (referrers, partnerships, growth, communities), redesign of journeys and qualification, pool tracking information system, structuring and scaling of the acquisition department.

    Results:Pool grew from 1,000 to 25,000 profiles in one year, including 10,000 qualified, 90% cohort fill rate, acquisition department scaled from 2 to 5 FTEs, model adopted autonomously by the teams.
