As an assistant to the artistic director and second in charge of the workshop, I was responsible for embroidery (needle) and crochet embellishments. I also assisted with photography and communication by supporting photo and video shoots and creating visuals and posts for the brand's social media.

Based on the artistic director's ideas and creative directions, we developed technical dossiers, selected appropriate fabrics and suppliers, while respecting the budget and ensuring product profitability. My role involved participating in fittings and collaborating with the pattern maker and other stylists. I took part in meetings with the economic and commercial director to develop products that were both elegant, profitable, and commercial, reflecting the brand's image and clientele. I had the opportunity to design accessories for their luxury line (COVER).

And what about the backstage of a haute couture fashion show?

Just like for a classic fashion show, everything must be perfectly organized and the models' movements supervised. Knowing how meticulous the creation process for these pieces was, we had to be extra careful when dressing and undressing the models. Each piece had to be packed and unpacked, and every detail had to be in place and securely fastened so that the models and dancers could perform perfectly. Encouraging and reassuring the models was also part of the job, of course.
