Occupational and organizational psychologist, I am driven by the conviction that work can be a source of mental health, and that sustainably performing organizations are those that take care of it.

My role? To help individuals and organizations (re)find ways of working that support health, engagement, and performance.

Before being an occupational psychologist, I worked for 7 years in human resources, as the right-hand person to HR Directors of companies undergoing significant transformations. I have a deep understanding of how companies operate, their operational challenges, and the realities of work. This experience now nourishes a human and pragmatic approach, grounded in the realities of the field.

I have multidisciplinary expertise in work and organizations. Trained in the sociology of organizations and human resources (Sciences Po), labor law (Panthéon-Assas), and then occupational psychology (CNAM), I bring a systemic perspective to the problems encountered. These frameworks provide me with methodological rigor and allow me to intervene at all levels: individual, collective, and organizational.
