Reporting to the Group's General Management

· Launch of external marketing of premium recycled material: definition of standards, prospecting major industrial users, management of approval processes (long cycles)

· Definition of the development strategy and elaboration of the commercial budget (volume, purchase and sale pricing)

· Industrial tests for recycling new products and integrating recycled material with group partners

· First group environmental assessment (OEF method, 6 industrial sites + 3 offices, collection/recycling and production/transformation of packaging scope) in view of CSRD obligations, managed from A to Z with financing stakes

· Coordination of the group's Recyclass certification processes and certificate renewals

XL Recycling is the recycling subsidiary of the Reborn group, specializing in the collection and recovery of plastic waste from industrial companies in France and Europe.

Reporting to the Group's General Management

· Key account development in France and Europe (beer, wine and spirits, hollow glass, construction, mass retail sectors). Up to 60% of business volumes.

· Prospecting, waste and recovery site audits, tender responses and account management through multi-year contracts, CRM structuring and management

· Operational supervision of 2 subcontracted recycling partners (France and Europe): flows, material balances, quality monitoring, compliance with group standards

· LCA studies on packaging and recycled materials (PEF method): service provider management, per-product analysis, internal team training

· Elaboration of the annual commercial budget and pricing construction
