For 12 years, I have been dedicated to supporting and training entrepreneurs in the cultural sector and social economy in Paris until 2021, and then in the Centre Val-de-Loire region. As an employee of this structure, specialized in consulting and support in the cultural sector since 2021, I first developed an incubator dedicated to women wishing to start their own businesses in culture, led training sessions on entrepreneurship, and sought funding for these projects.
Within its training organization department, I simultaneously became head of training, evolving the catalog, recruiting new trainers, and seeking funding.
I took on the co-direction of the structure in 2025 to liquidate it judicially following mismanagement by the previous management and to handle staff reclassification and the transfer of its activities.
