With 18 years of experience, including 12 years within the VINCI group (Construction and Airports), I support organizations in defining or rethinking their communication model so that it makes sense to their clients, stakeholders, and employees, and in the face of current environmental and societal challenges.

Convinced that companies must adapt to environmental and societal challenges (CSR) and that communication is very useful for achieving this, I have trained in CSR communication and am very interested in innovations and actions in this field. I therefore support organizations in auditing, co-constructing, and structuring their CSR approach, as well as in raising awareness and engaging stakeholders and promoting their actions, taking care not to engage in greenwashing and using methods and tools that also address these challenges.

Furthermore, in an era of rapid media coverage and dissemination of events, any organization can experience sensitive or crisis situations, whether anticipated or unpredictable. It is now essential to anticipate them and be prepared to control them.

I offer risk situation assessment, media training, and crisis plan creation for anticipation, or crisis management support, including press relations management.

I also support organizations in their transformation and change management projects, both internally and externally.

My mission: to act to prepare and transform organizations for their challenges, by deploying useful and responsible communication, with people as the driving force.
