I am looking for a Scrum Master or Agile Coach mission in the logistics and supply chain sectors starting in September 2023. Ideally, I would like to support teams in full transformation or those seeking to improve their delivery.
Aware of the challenges that digitalization represents for companies, I have developed expertise in the most common agile methods (Scrum and Kanban). I am closely following tomorrow's methods (SAFe, scaled agility...). The use of these methodologies in the implementation of IT solutions seems to me to be an appropriate response to the challenges facing the procurement professions: CSR issues, driver and fuel shortages...
I offer tailor-made support that takes into account the specificities of the company and its context in order to best meet the challenges it faces.
