Give support & expertise on extra-aeronautical activities (duty-free, retail & services, real estate, parkings), and cargo industry to all French regional airports: Grenoble Alpes Isère Aéroport (GNB), Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc Aéroport (CMF), Annecy Mont-Blanc Aéroport (NCY), Clermont-Ferrand Auvergne Aéroport (CFE), Rennes Bretagne Aéroport, Dinard Bretagne Aéroport (RNS / DNR) and Toulon Hyères Aéroport (TLN) through below tasks :

- Define extra-aeronautical development strategy of airports – with airport management team – through diversification of activities, service quality improvement and income generated

- Lead and supervise extra-aeronautical market studies (incomes related, passengers' needs & expectations, pricing, customer retention, factors impacting passenger's, vistors' & greeters' and employees' consumption).

- Host local network

- Help to define merchandising policies: retail dimensioning (space allocation)

- Provide support to airports team for retail & services assessment, monitor competitive intelligence and benchmarks.

- Monitor and propose new extra-aeronautical activities for airports (cargo, offices & hangars rent, subcontracting activities and aeronautical maintenance (MRO))

- Monitor tenders for contracting concessionary companies on airport perimeter – until drafting and validation of contracts between airports & companies
