Conversion of PDF plans / Sketches into DXF/DWG: Transformation of your old plans or freehand sketches into precise vector geometries at a 1:1 scale.

File cleaning & Optimization: Removal of double lines, joining of segments (closed polylines), and layer management for direct import into your nesting software (Lantek, Alma, etc.).

Development of production plans: Creation of precise assembly plans and cutting lists for the workshop.

Production Optimization: Cleaning DXF/DWG files (closing contours, managing duplicates, scaling) to ensure error-free import into nesting software.

CAM Programming: Setting cutting toolpaths, managing material entry/exit, and optimizing nesting to reduce material waste.

Quality Control: Verifying the conformity of final files against mechanical requirements and material constraints.
