Since 2018, after a serious accident, I have explored life in a deeper way: through cold, breath, silence, touch, connection, and love. From this experience, I began to delve into bodywork, breath coaching, NLP, tantra, men's work, and authentic relating.

My approach is earthy and playful, but always grounded in presence and responsibility.
