During my experience in investment banking at Natixis (+5 years), I worked on numerous financing and investment projects in Europe:

- Financing: my activity consisted of studying significant infrastructure financing projects (from €50M to several €B), developing junior and senior debt structures, conducting comprehensive project analyses in Word reports, and building complex financial models to study different scenarios.

- Advisory: my role was primarily to work on Business Plans and financing plans for external clients, in the context of raising or refinancing funds. I notably worked for 2 years on the refinancing of a portfolio of telecom tower projects in Europe for a US leader.

- Sectors: telecommunications (fiber, towers), renewables (solar, offshore wind, energy efficiency), gas (pipelines, power plants), infrastructure (roads, concessions), mining (copper, zinc, silver).

Before that, I gained various experiences in finance, including M&A at Capitalmind and corporate finance at Amaris:

- M&A: analysis and presentation of investment opportunities to potential buyers, preparation of pitches and Information Memorandums (PowerPoint) for sale mandates, valuations using comparable multiples and DCF.

- Corporate: financial control of the French scope, assistance with CFO reporting, development of a commercial steering platform for managers (working closely with a developer).

In summary, my skills notably cover: project analysis, reporting, financial modeling (including Business Plans), PowerPoint presentations, and more broadly project management and leadership.
