A recruiter trained by developers!
⌛It all started in a young recruitment agency specializing in IT professions, JobOpportunIT. The founders, former developers, discovered the pitfalls of ESN/SSII and created an alternative in Sophia Antipolis by offering direct permanent contracts only for end clients in the region.

For over 4 years, they trained me in headhunting and taught me how to communicate with IT experts. Because nothing was more frustrating for them than a recruiter who couldn't speak technically and properly assess candidates!
