For over ten years, I've designed digital products, services, and user experiences.

Today, my work is on a higher level.

I support companies in their transformation in the age of AI by helping decision-makers answer a simple but structuring question:what do we choose to automate, what must remain human, why, and how do we measure this transition?

My approach is deliberately technology-agnostic. I don't recommend one AI model over another. I design the decision framework that will then enable AI architects and technical teams to implement the most suitable solutions.

I intervene primarily on:

Defining the AI transformation strategy
Facilitating scoping and arbitration workshops
Formalizing target roles and new responsibilities
Writing functional specifications
Mapping new processes, workflows, and services (Service Blueprints)
AI governance and decision rules
Prioritization and transformation roadmap.

My conviction is simple: AI does not transform an organization on its own. It is human choices that determine what it becomes.

I work directly with general management, business units, product departments, and transformation teams to design these trade-offs before any technical implementation.
