Mathieu Sautter

I am a mechanical design engineer specializing in the design of special machines, industrial sub-assemblies, and sheet metal parts. With a BTS CPI and a professional license focused on improving industrial processes, I work in a demanding industrial environment where technical rigor and workshop exploitability are essential.

I am involved in the entire design process:

• Needs analysis and technical constraints

• Research and proposal of suitable mechanical solutions

• Complete 3D modeling (complex assemblies)

• Production-ready ISO drawings

• Functional dimensioning and tolerancing

• Creation of bills of materials and technical files

• Integration of standard components (motors, cylinders, guides...)

I have solid experience in industrial sheet metal (laser cutting, bending, welded fabrication) with consideration for manufacturing constraints from the design phase.

My goal: to provide reliable, optimized, and directly production-ready designs, autonomously or as occasional support for a design office.
