After almost 15 years of experience in the field of tooling in the aeronautics sector, but also: naval, civil and other, my objective is to offer you my experience and knowledge in order to size and validate your projects, by Finite Elements, so that they meet the requirements and comply with the standards in force.

I can support you from your preliminary designs to reinforce your technical and commercial proposal with a first dimensional analysis of your structure/tooling. (validation of your solution, materials, profiles...)

And also during an established project:

- Input data recovery

- Validation of requirements, load cases, applicable standard...

- "CALCULATION" expertise at the start of the study to avoid the maximum validation problem

- Analysis of your project.

- Presentation of results and proposal of modifications if necessary to favorably meet the requirements.

- Writing a calculation note to justify the validation of your project.

Finite element analyzes allow validation according to the resistance requirements of structures, determination of stresses, vibration analysis, determination of natural modes, thermal analysis.... but also make it possible to check the anchorages, the screws, the connections defined during the study.

Use of FEMAP / NASTRAN, Robot, RDM6 software,
