🔹 Initially CISO Support 🤝, and in close collaboration with the CISO's of the Business Units 🏢, I participated in the creation, improvement, and group-wide deployment 🌍 of a risk analysis and modeling tool in IT 🖥️ and OT ⚙️ environments.

🔹 Since 2020, as BU CISO 🚀, I have been leading the development, implementation, and overall governance of cybersecurity 🔐, covering both IT and OT, in a strategic environment spread across 3 key Group regions: France – United Kingdom – Germany.

I managed an IT infrastructure 💻 of 800 workstations for 2,400 users 👥, while overseeing the physical 🏢 and logical 🔐 security of the site. My role included software and hardware maintenance 🛠️, backup management and coordination 💾, as well as the deployment of security policies 🛡️. I also participated in the implementation of active components and network cabling 🌐, while managing hardware and software inventory 📋 and tracking orders 📦 to ensure the performance and availability of IT resources.

I provided technical support 💻 for over 2,400 active users 👥, ensuring responsiveness and quality of service. My role included the implementation of active equipment ⚙️ such as routers 📡, switches 🔄, uninterruptible power supplies 🔋, Wi-Fi access points 📶, as well as data network cabling 🌐. I also managed software and hardware inventory 📋 and tracked orders 📦 to maintain operational efficiency and resource availability.
