Tessi is a major European player in BPS (Business Process Services). Present in 15 countries with over 13,000 employees, it offers a comprehensive modular range, combining consulting, outsourced services, customer relations, cutting-edge technology, and innovation.

I joined the R&D teams and participated in the redesign of EDM (Electronic Document Management) applications.

The objective of this project is:

- Modernize interfaces

- Improve performance in response time/robustness

- Incorporate customer feedback to enhance features

We are organized in a team of 8 people. My team consists of:

- 1 Angular tech lead,

- 5 Angular/Java developers

- 2 project managers

- UX/UI team

As an Angular tech lead, I am responsible for:

- Supporting other Angular developers: pair programming, code reviews, training...

- Establishing the dynamic to drive the redesign forward

- Developing the Angular application

- Designing the application architecture

- Choosing and implementing the project's technical stack

- Designing the CI pipeline for the NX monorepo.

- Defining the rules and best practices for the redesign.

I joined the digital teams to work on the platform responsible for subscription tunnels (Providence, health, loan insurance...). Also on the external application allowing the end customer to complete their subscription.

The team consisted of 28 people:

- 8 Angular developers

- 8 Java developers

- 5 testers

- 5 product owners

- 2 scrums

As an Angular lead developer, I was responsible for:

- Supporting other Angular developers: pair programming, code reviews, training....

- Technical framing of business needs

- Developing the Angular application

- Estimating complexity points for different tasks

- Designing the application architecture

- Reducing technical debt and improving quality through unit tests.

- Managing the deployment schedule and technical roadmap

I contributed to the following developments:

- Addition of new subscription paths such as private providence

- Addition of the possibility to multi-equip contracts from different domains
