I'm a hands-on engineering manager with a strong front-end background and a focus on building useful products, growing solid teams, and keeping things pragmatic.

Over the years, I’ve moved from being the first web developer at Youboox to leading an international team at Nextory, and more recently managing the Candidate Experience team at Welcome to the Jungle. I’ve worked on everything from domain migrations and subscription flows to SEO, performance, and developer experience. I’m not afraid to get my hands in the code, but I care just as much about helping people grow, shipping as a team, and making good product decisions early.

After the acquisition of Youboox by Nextory, I stepped into a hybrid role between Tech Lead and Engineering Manager. I led the Web team across France, Sweden, and India, with a strong focus on scaling the product, the team, and our delivery practices.
