My journey began with systems and infrastructure. It was the DevOps culture that shaped my way of coding: what I deliver is designed to run in production, deploy cleanly, and be maintainable over time.

15 years of experience in tech startups (video games, SaaS, IoT, industrial robotics). From business needs analysis to production monitoring, I work across the entire chain: architecture, development, CI/CD, packaging, deployment, observability. My past experiences have led me to work closely with product owners and UX designers, which means I approach each mission by the problem to be solved before choosing the technical solution.

What I bring: architecture designed for production, CI/CD pipelines that enable frequent and smooth releases, observability that helps anticipate rather than react, and documented, readable systems designed to last beyond my mission. All anchored in rigorous agile practices (sprints, retrospectives, post-mortems) that reduce technical debt and provide the confidence to iterate without breaking what works.

My open-source project odio exemplifies this approach: a Linux audio setup maintained in production for 6 years, made available as a complete product in 3 months. 8 repositories, REST API in Go, Home Assistant integration, multi-arch Debian packaging, Ansible installer. Runs on a 2014 Raspberry Pi B+.

My method: a solid roadmap, short iterations. Deliver, observe, adjust.
