Head of the EXE department in climate engineering, I manage the execution studies for collective housing and tertiary projects, with a constant focus on quality, deadlines, and technical mastery.

I supervise a dedicated team and coordinate all technical stakeholders to ensure the overall coherence of projects, from design to the construction phase.

My main responsibilities include:

Management of HVAC and plumbing execution studies

Production and validation of calculation notes (hydraulic, aerodynamic, domestic hot water, ventilation)

Design and optimization of technical networks (sizing, routing, reservations)

Creation and supervision of BIM models using Revit

Coordination with architecture, structural engineering, and contractor teams

Management of technical interfaces and resolution of on-site constraints

Monitoring of production and adherence to deadlines and quality objectives

Accustomed to working on large-scale projects, I pay particular attention to the technical and economic optimization of proposed solutions, while ensuring their feasibility during the execution phase.

As a climate engineering design engineer, I participated in the design and sizing of HVAC installations for tertiary projects.

I developed solid technical expertise in design studies, working closely with project teams and various stakeholders.

My main responsibilities:

Carrying out HVAC studies (heating, ventilation, plumbing)

Sizing of installations (hydraulic and aerodynamic networks)

Production of calculation notes (pressure drops, flow rates, balancing)

Development of graphic documents (plans, schematic diagrams)

Liaising with project partners (architects, engineering consultants, contractors)

This experience allowed me to consolidate my technical foundations and develop a rigorous approach to studies, integrating the regulatory and operational constraints of projects.
