Director of multi-activity tertiary sites (up to €9M in revenue and 20,000 m² of coworking spaces managed at WHOORKS, in Nantes, Rennes, and Bordeaux): I support operators, real estate companies, and brands with their real estate exploitation, real estate marketing, and B2B business development challenges.

My approach: quickly understand the issues of a site or network — commercial, technical, or organizational — and transform this analysis into a concrete action plan, directly operational on the ground.

I have independently managed all aspects of a site network (property management, sales, technical, HR, reporting, service quality), structured multi-activity service offerings (coworking, flex office, catering, events), and supported the creation of a Consulting Business Unit at Caméléon Group.

I am particularly comfortable with operational management and transition management missions — on a daily basis, on the ground — even though I can also frame strategic thinking upstream if the need arises.
