Currently, I am working with an aeronautics leader to define the governance of their AWS EKS clusters. This mission includes an audit of existing clusters and their uses, the creation of a service offering to support projects, as well as thinking about cluster centralization and the implementation of a "namespace as a service" solution, designed for use on-premise and across different cloud providers. The goal is to optimize costs, resource management, and ensure effective and scalable governance.

Currently, I am working with SD20 on the migration of 400 virtual machines (VMs) hosted on a VMware infrastructure to the IONOS public cloud. This mission involves comprehensive support to ensure a smooth and secure transition, while optimizing resources for increased performance.

The process includes analyzing the current infrastructure, detailed migration planning, and managing technical aspects to minimize service interruptions.

The objective is to provide SD20 with a flexible, scalable, and optimized cloud solution, enabling them to modernize their infrastructure while controlling costs.

As part of my mission for GoodsID, I assisted the team in upgrading AWS RDS databases and NodeJS versions to ensure optimized performance and security of their infrastructures. This project modernized their development and production environment while ensuring compatibility with the latest versions of the technologies used.

I also supervised the implementation of the New Relic monitoring solution, providing GoodsID with in-depth visibility into their systems and applications. This monitoring solution was configured to track real-time performance and optimize incident management.

This mission allowed GoodsID to improve the stability, security, and responsiveness of their services while benefiting from continuous and proactive monitoring.
