Application Development: Design and implementation of complete software solutions, integrating front-end, back-end, and full-stack technologies. Responsible for data modeling and the adoption of practices like CI/CD and containerization. Pre-sales: Proactive identification of client needs and strategic interactions with prospects to define technical and functional project specifications. Development and presentation of adapted technical and commercial proposals. Responsible for creating and presenting POCs to demonstrate the feasibility and added value of solutions before their full implementation. Project Costing: Close collaboration with the sales team and project managers for the financial and technical estimation of project proposals. Management: Supervision of the development team, including mentoring interns and managing team dynamics. Recruitment: Responsible for technical interviews for recruiting interns, apprentices, and up to intermediate-level profiles, ensuring skills match company needs. Operational Committee: Active member of the operational committee, involved in defining internal processes, organizing events, and managing cross-functional projects. Active participation in innovation strategies and technological watch.
