Conducted technology risk assessments for companies primarily in the financial sector (Indosuez Wealth Management, ABN AMRO Private Banking, BPCE, Crédit Agricole) and Private Equity funds (Charterhouse Capital Partners, NCI): evaluation of the alignment between IT strategy and business strategy, operational model, application landscape, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity maturity. Designed target IT models, developed IT roadmaps, estimated costs (OPEX/CAPEX) and target IT budget, sized and drafted service contracts, evaluated potential synergies with potential acquirers, and managed IT system integration or separation projects.

Audited information systems as part of statutory audit missions: understanding and modeling business processes and mapping information systems, general IT controls (ITGC: logical security, application change management, IT operations management) and specific application controls on target business processes (ITAC). Reviewed ISAE 3402 outsourcing reports and data migration projects, provided recommendations, and presented audit conclusions to clients.

Studied and analyzed the financial steering information system for the Real Estate and Logistics division: analysis and modeling of existing business processes, mapping of the financial IT system, identification of bottlenecks, drafting of functional specifications, presentation of business requirements to the IT department, and recommendations on projects to implement.
