As part of the preparation for the 2026 World Cup for M6 Group, I served as Tech Lead on a strategic project to migrate a PHP BFF (Backend For Frontend) to Go.

Facing performance and scaling challenges related to the event, I took charge of the entire technical cycle: in-depth analysis of requirements, creation of the project from scratch in Go, implementation of a progressive and secure migration process, validated by load testing phases, up to deployment.
