In a phase of digital transformation, the group's various divisions worldwide call on the Digital Factory to be supported in the design of future tools and the improvement of their business processes.

⚡️ The main actions carried out during these projects:

・Conduct user research and identify target personas, their needs and motivations

・Imagine and design concepts based on research insights

・Produce and test prototypes with targets to collect user feedback and iterate on the design

・Collaborate with the product team (dev, PM) as well as the business units to implement and deploy new tools

・Supervise a junior designer per project.

⭐️ During this mission I was able to design3 strategic toolsfrom scratch deployed internationally and impacting several thousand users. I also collaborated on the improvement of2 business processesin the sales and HR areas, having a direct impact on more than a hundred employees.

The product team wants toimprove the performanceof several key pages on the site.

In collaboration with the product manager, I make sure I have all the insights and KPIs in order to propose optimization avenues for the targeted pages.

・Support the development teams in deployment
