In a digital transformation phase, the group's various global divisions call upon the Digital Factory to assist them in designing future tools and improving their business processes.

As a senior product designer, my role is to ensure a thorough understanding of business needs, identify improvement opportunities, and propose relevant, effective, tested, and proven solutions.

⚡️ Key actions performed during these projects:

• Conduct user research and identify target personas, their needs, and motivations

• Imagine and design concepts based on research insights

• Produce and test prototypes with target users to gather user feedback and iterate on the design

• Collaborate with the product team (dev, PM) and business divisions to implement and deploy new tools

• Mentor a junior designer per project.

⭐️ During this assignment, I designed3 strategic toolsfrom scratch, deployed internationally and impacting thousands of users. I also collaborated on improving2 business processesin sales and HR, directly impacting over a hundred employees.

The product team wishes toimprove the performanceof several key pages on the site.

In collaboration with the product manager, I ensure I have all the insights and KPIs to propose optimization strategies for the targeted pages.
