Integrated into the Cloud department (20 people), the Coach role involves supporting and training the Système U (IRIS) IT department teams in migrating from an On-Premise infrastructure to GCP.

➔ Terraform training for creating GCP resources

➔ Deployment assistance on GKE (Kustomize via ArgoCD)

➔ Architecture: Recommendation of deployment architectures (event-driven, pub/sub, Job, etc…)

➔ Security: Implementation of Workload Identity on GKE Pods

➔ Observability: Use of Google Managed Prometheus for aggregating Cloud + On-Prem metrics

➔ Development: Creation of a Terraform module to deploy Cloud Functions

Within the Core Team (4 people), I contribute to the development of the DSO Console, a web tool for configuring the automated deployment of applications, from source code to execution in Kubernetes.

➔ Modification of the deployment mode in Kubernetes, to migrate direct calls to the API Server to an ArgoCD Pull strategy via the App of Apps model.

➔ Design and implementation of declarative behavior for configuring all chain tools: Gitlab, Vault, Sonar, Nexus

➔ Setup of a Helm chart publication repository, automated with Github Actions & Pages.

➔ Development of new features and Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO)

Within the engineering team (15 people), I contribute to the development of various products incubated by the startup studio in the PropTech domain (real estate, energy renovation).

➔ Software Architecture: proposing, presenting, and implementing shared code libraries across different products.

➔ Selection and implementation of Karate, a Cucumber-based tool for automating API tests.

➔ Development of new features.

➔ Optimization of an Azure Function in Python to reduce memory consumption.

➔ Study of replacing Gitlab (on-premise) with a new CI tool.

➔ Migration from Java 8 to Kotlin in JDK 17.

➔ Study of JDK 21 migration and native compilation.
