What I enjoy most is entering a vague environment, quickly understanding what's blocking progress, and concretely moving things forward with the teams.

My approach is in three stages:

1. Diagnosis
I take the time to listen and put myself in the shoes of the different departments that make up the organization. I map out friction points, information loss, and misalignments between teams.
=> Deliverable: a clear and concise vision for the leader, highlighting what hinders collective performance.

2. Structuring
I propose an adapted operational framework: clarification of roles, management rituals, performance indicators, tools (Notion, OKR, ERP). The goal is to establish a framework without being rigid, so that the proposed transformation is sustainable and embraced by the teams.
=> Deliverable: actionable recommendations including processes, tools, and governance.

3. Transformation Support
I iterate with the teams to ensure the change is understood, accepted, and lasting. Everyone must understand the benefit of changing their work methods and information sharing.
=> Deliverable: concrete actions deployed within the company. The functioning should no longer depend on me.
