Design and delivery of 4 days of Looker Studio Pro training for BforBank teams, as part of the deployment of the tool within the company.

The mission covered:

• Getting started with Looker Studio Pro (interface, data sources, connectors)

• Building dashboards tailored to banking business needs

• Implementing data visualization best practices

• Calculating and monitoring KPIs based on representative datasets

• Sharing, collaboration, and governance of reports

Custom-made training materials and practical case studies created from realistic banking datasets to closely match the operational context of the participants.

Responsible for the development of a SaaS product and a full-stack team in an international context. Management of a full-stack data and dev team (9 people). Arbiter and guarantor of the product roadmap. Implementation of the product development strategy. Management of budget (>1M) and resources. Internal communication (steering and arbitration committee) & external (newsletter, Hubspot). Technical & functional monitoring and animation of the team. Implementation of data-driven decisions using the RICE methodology. Impacts: Revenue x 3, Users x 10, Run time -90%, Strategic divestment of the product. Stakeholders: Management, Finance, HR, Sales, Tech, Marketing.

Definition and steering of the data roadmap. Supervision, management, and technical mentoring of the Data Scientist team (2 people) and Data Engineer team (1 person). Development of a backend API layer. Implementation of CI/CD and monitoring for all predictive algorithms. Writing CIR. Impacts: +30% deliverables.
