As a trained developer, I started like everyone else by contributing to projects, then was Lead-Dev, and in my last experience CTO/co-founder of a startup for 4 years (in the world of web and cryptos).

This last experience was probably the most interesting because it makes me aware of your challenges, and in particular that an ambitious project can only be achieved well surrounded (either by good developers, or by an excellent banker!)

I was also able to realize the difficulty of recruitment.

Many developers are attached to technical elegance and I can only share this value, because it is indeed exciting.

However, entrepreneurs know that the metric of success is a fair balance between quality of execution, development cost, execution time, and operating cost.

Today, what drives me is to refocus on the essentials: the creation of value. This is the first reason why we are here and my professional ethic is to seek to optimize this balance, in order to create professional relationships that we appreciate.
