Mathieu Favard

After an enriching Round-the-World trip in 2013-2014 that profoundly awakened my awareness to environmental and social issues, I felt the need to reconcile who I was outside of the company with who I was within it. With an average of 80,000 hours to dedicate to work over a lifetime, I sought how to address social and environmental challenges through my professional activity.

My purpose is thus crystallized: "Reveal and support Talents who want to have a positive impact on the World". This mission guides my every action, aiming to create alignment between individual aspirations and the collective imperatives of our planet.

My professional background, particularly within Danone, in subsidiaries, at the Group level, and at the Research & Innovation Center, has forged rich experience in human resources management. I have worked on topics such as training, talent development, and collective transformations. This experience has allowed me to understand how companies can become agents of change by integrating more responsible practices.

As part of Corporate for Change, I had the privilege of supporting Social Intrapreneurship initiatives, revealing Purpose, transitioning to the status of a Mission-Driven Company, and pursuing B Corp certification. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on how companies can evolve to meet current challenges.

Today, my passion for sustainable change is also expressed through coaching and facilitation. I help individuals discover and unleash their potential, guiding them towards a positive and meaningful impact.

My journey has been a constant exploration of how the world of work can be a powerful lever for the "Common Good". Looking forward to meeting you!
