I offer my services in management consulting/support for the leaders of very small businesses (most often structures with up to 10 employees and 1 to 3 million € in turnover).

For several years, I have also been a trainer in business creation/management (hundreds of people supported!), and in accounting (introductory or advanced).

The long-term support of franchisees, artisans, shopkeepers, and liberal professions, my 12 years of banking experience (particularly with professionals), my position as a business creator and co-manager, allow me to share realistic situations and be effective by putting myself at your service.

In addition to one-off consulting services and training (QUALIOPI certified training organization and eligible for funding via CPF/Opco/Faf/Pôle emploi), I offer a unique long-term support service, allowing you to finely manage your business through regular management monitoring (quarterly, or even monthly) in close collaboration with your accounting firm (this firm can be a trusted partner firm).

My training courses: banking and insurance techniques, sales techniques, financial analysis, accounting, law, economics, management control, business management, etc.

I now support professionals, leaders of VSEs, regardless of their structure: sole proprietorship or company, and regardless of their activity (medical or non-medical liberal professions, artisans, shopkeepers).
