Mission: Definition of the agile operating model for an investment bank's IT department - Diagnosis of the organization's current agile maturity - Definition of a target operating model primarily inspired by SAFe agile practices and Spotify's organizational practices - Analysis of the impact of scaled agile transformation on all HR processes - Construction of a role transformation matrix and the associated IT department employee training plan.
