As part of this mission, carried out by recommendation, I assisted a company specializing in swimming pools that wanted to structure and automate its commercial management, particularly concerning its email and prospect follow-up.
The main challenge was to stop losing commercial opportunities and improve responsiveness in interactions, while maintaining a respectful and high-quality approach to customer relations.
I implemented a solution based on Airtable, connected to Make, to centralize incoming requests and structure the entire commercial pipeline.
The system notably allows for:
- Automatic centralization of prospect emails and requests
- Implementation of automated and personalized follow-ups
- Integration of an initial qualification phase before appointment setting
- Clear organization of leads for better commercial follow-up
Particular attention was paid to commercial ethics, with automations designed to remain relevant, non-intrusive, and aligned with the company's image.

Complete creation of a showcase website for a pool company

As part of this project, I assisted a company specializing in swimming pools that had no online presence for over 20 years. The main objective was to create a modern, clear, and effective showcase website capable of reflecting their expertise while generating new commercial opportunities.
We worked in close collaboration to define the project's foundations: positioning, business objectives, and site structure. I then designed a complete architecture with several pages, including historical content to highlight the company's expertise, as well as sections dedicated to their services.
Particular attention was paid to the visual identity: choice of colors, creation and selection of visuals, to achieve a result consistent with their brand image. I also implemented an appointment booking system to facilitate the conversion of visitors into prospects.
The site includes downloadable brochures as well as an SEO-optimized blog, allowing for long-term natural referencing and attracting qualified traffic. I also assisted in the creation and structuring of articles to maximize their impact.
This project enabled the company to reach an important milestone by finally developing a professional digital presence aligned with its ambitions.

In this project, I assisted a bakery that had no digital structure for managing its operations. Supplier invoices were scattered, there was no professional email address, and overall activity tracking was very limited.
We first established a solid organizational foundation by creating professional email addresses and centralizing communication with suppliers, enabling reliable and structured invoice retrieval.
I then designed a fully custom solution using an Airtable database, connected to Make to automate data flows and recurring tasks.
This solution centralizes all key information: purchases, recipes, production, and cost tracking. Simple interfaces were deployed on tablets for field teams, facilitating daily use without technical complexity.
The system includes:
- Precise tracking of production metrics
- Automatic sending of weekly data
- Detailed management of recipes (ingredients, costs, volumes)
- Automation of flows related to suppliers and documents
Thanks to this structuring, the company can now optimize its production, anticipate its needs, and guide its strategic decisions based on fluctuations in raw material costs.
