Ensure basic color grading and sound mixing.

Highlight the human, sporting, and cultural stories related to the Olympics.

Propose visual and sound narration ideas adapted to different formats (long, short, social media).

Integrate graphic elements, subtitles, and branding specific to the visual identity of France TV and the Paris 2024 Olympics.

Work closely with directors, journalists, motion designers, graphic designers, and producers.

Understand and respect editorial and artistic briefs.

Ensure the tracking and good organization of rushes and projects.

Manage multiple edits simultaneously, often with tight deadlines.

Deliver optimized exports according to the media (TV, digital platforms, festivals, international broadcast).

Assemble footage and audiovisual elements (videos, images, interviews, internal or external content).

Retouch, adjust audio and video (color, sound, transitions, simple effects).

Adapt formats according to media: TV/web spots, social networks, event screens, etc.

Propose ideas for structure, rhythm, and visual style in line with the FFT's identity.

Add simple graphic effects, titling, branding (light motion design) to enhance content.

Work closely with communication, marketing, digital, media, and event teams to understand needs, respect briefs, deadlines, and visual or editorial guidelines.

Participate in content planning meetings.

Organize and manage editing schedule to meet deadlines, often short in case of live events or sports news.

Manage files: archiving, classification, backups.

Follow the latest trends in video editing, visual styles, formats (social media, stories, reels, etc.).

Propose technical or stylistic innovations to modernize content produced by the FFT.
