Mathieu David

Freelance graphic designer based in Paris, I work mainly in the cultural and artistic field. I try to create strong and often figurative images, with particular attention to typography and drawing on photography, images from films, archives, art history, or found on the internet. Trained in cultural communication and art history, I developed a graphic design practice in parallel and within my professional experiences in the cultural sector.

Project manager for the organization of the 36th International Congress of Art History, held in June 2024 in Lyon. This global congress brought together nearly 2000 participants from all continents. As part of this mission, I was responsible for budget management, coordinated sponsorship and grant applications, and participated in the overall organization of the Congress in all its aspects. I also created the majority of the event's graphic materials.
