Mathieu Chevalier

My name is Mathieu Chevalier. I have over 15 years of experience in consulting, management, and organizational transformation. My career path has taken me from the sports and Olympic movement to knowledge management consulting, then to IT management within an international industrial group. I also co-founded a software company specializing in management and gamification, an experience that allowed me to develop an entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach. Throughout my career, I have supported transformation projects, managed programs, structured governance approaches, led brainstorming and co-creation workshops, and collaborated with executives, managers, and operational teams to advance high-stakes projects. I get involved when projects become complex: when a vision needs to be clarified, stakeholders aligned, a pragmatic approach built, and ambition translated into concrete actions. My role is to create the conditions that enable teams to move forward together, with method, simplicity, and efficiency. Outside of my work, I am a triathlete, an Ironman finisher, hold a CAP Cuisine (culinary arts diploma), and am passionate about board games.
