As a Senior Product Manager, I was responsible for building the Live Shopping and Shoppable Content products. As part of the Social Commerce & Video division, I was also in charge of cross-functional product evolutions.

- Understand Skeepers' product vision and strategy.

- Continuously develop in-depth expertise both externally (client challenges, personas and use cases, competition, legal constraints...) and internally (business model, operational model, policies and legal aspects, financial performance...).

- Be the expert. Communicate internally and externally. Provide insights and expertise to stakeholders and other teams at Skeepers.

- Analyze customer feedback and product improvement requests from clients and internal teams. Identify opportunities for value creation, for our clients and for Skeepers.

- Evaluate and prioritize identified product development opportunities, in alignment with our product vision and strategy.

- Lead and conduct solution discovery phases in partnership with technical project managers and product designers, targeting the best balance between value for our clients, ease of use, technical feasibility, and alignment with our business objectives. Formalize design documents and high-level requirements, EPICs, and user stories.

- Manage the product roadmap, planning, and backlog. Manage associated communication and coordination.

- Actively support solution delivery phases, working closely with developers and designers, to ensure delivery proceeds as planned.

- Actively work with product marketing and other Skeepers teams to ensure successful product launches. Support sales and business development teams on strategic deals.
