Implementation of a sectoral and strategic policy:

Proactive, definition of strategic directions, Support for elected officials and General Management in decision-making. Translate political directions into entertainment programs, projects, and programs by adjusting the resources allocated to the Directorate.

- Operational management of the Directorate and departments:

Cultural and Entertainment Programming, including the programming for the seaside resort of Narbonne Plage, Entertainment for seniors, administrative and financial department, facilities department (Two Municipal Toy Libraries, Music Hangar, Open-Air Theater, Dominique BAUDIS Space, and Montplaisir Castle), exhibitions department.

Negotiation with hierarchical management on the resources to be implemented. Ensure the proper functioning of sites and buildings (maintenance of parks, layout of reception and meeting rooms, cleanliness of premises, etc.)

Definition of procedures and organization of traceability for events and programs: participation in content design, management of stakeholders, overall monitoring of operations (technical, communication, protocol, partners, etc.) Legal and financial monitoring.

- Human and budgetary resource management:

Preparation and proposal of the directorate's budget. Ensure compliance with the allocated budget framework.

Contribution to the optimization of resources and means.

Team leadership and ensuring the proper functioning and overall organization of the departments.

Proposals for events and entertainment with analysis of competition, calendars, and other schedules, and development of strategy in line with the resort's image.

- Management of the entertainment/event budget, and administrative and logistical files inherent to the position

(Site, material and human resources, security, etc.)

- Relations with partners, socio-professionals, management of volunteers and associative fabric.

- Organization of sporting events (Trail Montagn’hard, UTMB, Ruée des Fadas, STIHL Timbersports, FIS Telemark World Championships, French Biathlon Championships, Tournament of the 6 Resorts...) and cultural entertainment (NRJ Music Tour, Mont-Blanc Electro, Sound and Light shows at Notre Dame de la Gorge, Exhibitions, Conferences, Guided tours...)
