RTE for the DATA&BI Train in a large-scale SAFe organization (5 ARTs, 450 people) with simultaneous PI Planning events across two sites, in a data-centric IT context with strong inter-train interactions.

✓ Organization and facilitation of multi-train PI Planning in collaboration with other RTEs and BOs. (50 agile teams)

✓ Organization and management of Train rituals with ~75 features for ~25 Epics per PI, ~40 intra-train dependencies (ART Synch, Inspect & Adapt, System Demo)

✓ Weekly cross-functional coordination (ART Synch cross train) with RTEs, Business Owners, Architects to secure delivery (~10 cross-train DATA dependencies per PI)

✓ Support for teams (Scrum Master, PM, PO) in adopting and maturing the operational model

✓ Implementation of the Train's release plan (25 releases per PI)

Alignment and collaboration of IT teams responsible for the Group Société Générale's management control applications, with over 230 features to deliver per quarter. Dependency management, risk management, and continuous improvement of the 3 Trains.

✓ Organization of 11 Program Increments for 30 Agile teams (~200 people in Paris and Bangalore (India)) in-person in Paris and also fully remote.

STE & RTE

✓ Implementation of Program Backlogs with JIRA Structure for all Trains.

✓ Establishment of 2 PMTs (Product Management Team) for cost management and allocation.

✓ Active participation in defining Value Streams.

✓ Implementation of continuous improvement metrics for the Trains: feature predictability, bug count.

✓ Onboarding of new team members and awareness of Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies and practices.

✓ Facilitation of workshops for developing "scaled JIRA templates" for the entire IT department.

✓ Facilitation of the IT department's RTE community.

✓ Facilitation of the Scrum Master community for the 3 Trains.

Agile Coaching

✓ Specific support for BIG DATA teams on their time-to-market.

✓ Conflict management between dependent, geographically dispersed teams.

✓ Acculturation of volunteer Product Owners.

✓ Coaching Scrum Masters on facilitation methods and workshop types (CODEV, Problem Solving, etc.)

IT Manager responsible for an annual budget of €4M for the teams in charge of management control applications (600 SG users), repositories, and extended support (20 people in Paris + 15 in India).

Human Resources Management - Project, RUN, and Support Management - Budget Management - Hiring.

✓ Coaching and mentoring of teams, including 4 project managers.

✓ Operations management (Run), 10 month-end closings & 4 Group financial reporting publications per year.

✓ Annual management of 3-4 major projects per year (reorganizations, regulatory (IFRS9, IFRS16), repository convergence, production remediation, operational efficiency, digital transformation towards big data…), and the catalog of evolutions.

✓ Responsibility for regulatory, security (critical and sensitive application), and quality constraints: audits, statutory auditors, ECB recommendations, DRP for 4 applications.

✓ Implementation of simplified monitoring and validation of change requests (3 times less time spent with the Product Manager - from 1.5 hours to 25 minutes/week).

✓ Centralization of support requests - from 5% to 80% of requests in the unified tool within 6 months.
