Mathieu took the time to clearly define the needs with me to prepare the mission. He was then proactive and knew how to simplify his explanations so that the exchanges were productive and efficient for someone who is not familiar with IT, which is very pleasant.
The solution implemented is very satisfactory due to its simplicity and clever little tricks. Moreover, Mathieu was friendly and very responsive.
