Installation and management of network equipment consisting of Dell routers, PFSense gateways, and Dell/Cisco distribution equipment (switches, controller, and Wi-Fi access points). PC deployment with Microsoft MDT and WDS solution.

- Administration, maintenance, and security of application and SI infrastructure servers.

- Administration, maintenance, and security of Web applications (Pfsens, GLPI, Tomcat, HAPROXY, etc.).

- Incident and problem management: analysis of encountered problems, troubleshooting, implementation of solutions. Vsphere, Vvcenter.

- Documentation and Procedures (DAT, DIS, DEX).

- IT Security Management.

Lead the systems and network support team. Manage the support schedule and replacements. Organize and manage escalation levels. Implement and use reporting tools. Analyze the quality and service level agreements provided by support to users. Identify key levers for optimizing production processes, in compliance with the company's general procedures and policies. Participate in incident resolution and manage priorities and urgency. Organize and manage regular operational tasks (monitoring, backups, updates). Participate in the evolution of tools (ticket management, L1, L2, L3 incident management, knowledge base, inventory, supervision). Be a driving force for proposals and innovation in your field and for the company.

Responsible for end-to-end projects, from initiation to closure. Lead Build and Run teams. Macro-scoping phase, study phase, acceptance testing phase. Handling and processing service requests on existing platforms (Examples: firewall rule openings, application updates, resource optimization, etc.). Handling, analysis, and resolution of incidents (Examples: application unavailability, etc.). Supervision: implementation and processing of alerts. Technical Projects: According to EDF's established priorities, partial or full responsibility for technical projects aimed at making changes to the hosting infrastructure: Handling service requests outside the standard catalog. Integration of new tools and new offerings into the hosting services catalog. Installation and commissioning of equipment (servers, network equipment). Participation in EDF Hydro's Post-WannaCry project. Technical feasibility studies. Technological watch. Obsolescence management.
