Mathias Richemond

I have more than 10 years of professional experience in finance, having worked for both large groups and startups, as CFO or external consultant.

I work on assignments for companies seeking to structure their finance functions (accounting, management control, budgets, reporting), with a strong business partner role allowing me to support clients on all their financial and operational needs. Ability to intervene on all fundraising, debt raising, M&A issues, depending on the maturity of the company.

My background: I started my career in M&A at Lazard, where I assisted numerous clients for nearly 3 years, notably by supporting the creation of Bpifrance. I then joined startups (Flashgap, Kapten, Innovorder) where I structured the finance functions and managed fundraising or disposals. My last full-time position was at Jimmy Fairly where I restructured the finance function and supported the sale of a majority stake for €150m.

Since the beginning of 2023, I have been supporting fast-growing companies, mainly in the Retail / Consumer Goods sectors.
