    I supported 50inTech on their 360° launch branding for vivatech 2019, which was a great success:

    I redesigned the survey creation and editing process on their SAAS platform, a source of wasted time and frustration for its users.

    CONTEXT:
    Start-up, Supermood 1st HR platform for engagement and well-being at work, offers an online service intended for HR and HRD, offering them the possibility of surveying their teams to know the quality of life at work of its employees and to be able to collect data for analysis purposes to find levers of change in terms of HR and management policy.

    ACHIEVEMENTS:
    UX:
    - Laying out the course and identifying the first obvious “pain points”
    - Analysis of internal data / user interviews and tests / Creation of a persona / defining a problem / finding solutions

    UI:
    - HD model

    • reorganize the survey homepage by creating a simple and clear dashboard with easy access to common features (account, export, settings)
    • position an easily accessible “survey creation” button (it was hidden before)
    • rather than having everything on one page, I fragmented and prioritized the information for more clarity
    • to facilitate the flow and concentration of the user, I set up a nested system with a breadcrumb trail: only one action on the screen at a time
    • I re-thought the question library which was not clear
    • create a reference per question which allows simplified dialogue and easy orientation
    • addition of cruelly missing feedback which was a source of frustration
    • improve the readability of questions

    CLIENT:
    Newcomer to the candle market, Light2me offers an innovative candle concept: the candle differently: pour the Candle Mix into the container of your choice, add a wick, light, your candle is ready.

    CONTEXT:
    Mainly B2B, they only had a logo, their main clients being luxury hotels on the French Riviera, first of all they needed a strong identity for the labels of their new packaging.

    I rethought their identity by putting meaning into it, gave their logo a facelift, reworked their wording and baseline and applied it all to their various media:
    • Creation and declination of product labels: buckets and bags
    • Creation of sales support and other communications
    • Graphic research of consumer packaging
