• Deployment of the Group's policy and processes;

• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements; Conduct regulatory watch;

• Participate in HSE design reviews;

• Development, updating, and delivery of health, safety, and environmental plans and prevention and inspection procedures for activities;

• Support operational managers in deploying requirements and in defining/implementing HSE roles and responsibilities;

• Coordinate activities with activity managers and site managers;

Digital-oriented HSE Engineer (nuclear/energy), I design and deploy web tools, dashboards, and workflows to ensure safety and compliance. At ITER (via Apave) and then on industrial sites, I created an HSE website (SHS website) centralizing procedures, lessons learned, and reference documents, and I structured the management: observation pipeline, safety flash, and monthly/annual reporting.

I industrialize processes 92/94 (safety induction, permits, prevention plans, operating procedures, accident analyses) with templates, statuses, and histories to track each validation. I write procedures, review site documents, participate in Design Reviews, and verify regulatory applicability. On the ground, I conduct site visits, toolbox talks, and audits, feed the system with qualified findings, and manage the continuous improvement loop.

On the data & dashboards side, I model key entities (HSE events, actions, risks, external companies, documents, training) and build KPIs: LTIFR/TRFR, near misses, action deviations, audit gaps, prevention plan status, open points in Design Review, regulatory coverage, subcontractor/qualification compliance, work and environmental risks. I integrate field data flows to measure reality, detect trends, and prioritize actions.

For subcontractors, I design a tool-assisted approval process (criteria, documents, deadlines, follow-ups, scoring) and secure site access. I organize information and training for supervision and work management teams (training paths, certificates, proof), with traceability and automated reminders.

My value: translating HSE requirements into simple and adopted products, combining field UX, data governance, and automation (no-code/low-code & BI). Goal: a readable, measurable HSE system that accelerates decision-making, reduces risks, and facilitates compliance, from design to execution and decommissioning.
