Responsible for technical support and ensuring the quality of service provided to B2B and B2C users. Analysis of results obtained and optimization of assistance procedures and training on internal applications.

Missions and Tasks:

Training and support on new internal and external digital applications.

Management and evolution of Ticketing support (Jira), ticket tracking and corrective patches. Creation of customized Dashboards by sector and department.

Coordinate technical aspects and the release of digital products for key countries (DE-AT-CH-MOAN...), release planning.

Globalization of information and distribution systems for various countries affiliated with the company.

Coordinate and test application developments in various supply chain areas (Pricing/Ticketing /production/ Distribution/ reporting/ process automation...).

Collaborate on the evolution of the company's digital strategy.

Missions and Tasks:

Execution of digital projects for various players in the music industry (Apple, Amazon, Deezer, Spotify, Google...), primarily digital distribution projects, but also cross-functional ones, including RAP pricing and marketing, data analysis, product security, catalog exploitation and updates, automated reporting, and more...

Implementation of digital stores for various countries (MOAN, Asia). Support for teams in emerging countries to develop their digital offerings and project execution. Management of geographical distribution specifications (technical). Coordinate technical aspects and the release of digital products for key countries (DE-JP-ES-CH...).

Find organizational and technical solutions for exceptional projects (e.g., TV shows, concerts, festivals...).

Development and evolution of a new CMS, including various modules (pricing, marketing, reporting, Dashboard, licensing, RDM, RAP...) with our partners Accenture and Digiplug.
